    Dalton is great indeed. Goldeneye is my favourite so far, although CR and QOS were superb too. It's just like U2: difficult to have a favourite. Tonight I will be watching Moonraker & The Spy Who Loved Me.

    really well-made movie, many emotions. hadn't thought that after 4 years a movie about that topic could still touch me as much as it did. worth a watch (and a second)
  5. I saw Benjamin Buttons last night in the theaters. Two thumbs up.


  6. Quantum of Solace was confusing with no real direction, I don't like how Bond is trying to copy Bourne, the film seems stranded between reality and fantasy.
  7. Get Smart....not winning any awards, but had some funny moments.
  8. Redacted - while De Palma's trying a little too hard to be 'relevant', I thought it had some great moments and it was a necessarily tough watch. It had plenty to say, I'm just not sure WHAT it was trying to say. It seemed like a Gulf War sequel to Casualties Of War.
  9. Oh, and if anyone's particularly bored and looking for a short film (two odd minutes) to watch, you could probably do worse (and a sight better) than watching this...

  10. Mamma Mia on Christmas Day. (It was unavoidable, 3 of the ladies in the family got it on DVD).

    Every bit as cheesy and cringe-worthy as I'd expected.

    good lord the whole school went to see it in November....omg, not a very pleasant experience

  12. No soul, no soul...lol.

    Erm, thinks, I watched Gormenghast today, that's to say the BBC 4 part series, never heard of Titus Groan etc. before hand, but was a very good watch. Completely mad, but nonetheless enjoyable lol.
