1. Quantum of Solace was confusing with no real direction, I don't like how Bond is trying to copy Bourne, the film seems stranded between reality and fantasy.
  2. Get Smart....not winning any awards, but had some funny moments.
  3. Redacted - while De Palma's trying a little too hard to be 'relevant', I thought it had some great moments and it was a necessarily tough watch. It had plenty to say, I'm just not sure WHAT it was trying to say. It seemed like a Gulf War sequel to Casualties Of War.
  4. Oh, and if anyone's particularly bored and looking for a short film (two odd minutes) to watch, you could probably do worse (and a sight better) than watching this...

  5. Mamma Mia on Christmas Day. (It was unavoidable, 3 of the ladies in the family got it on DVD).

    Every bit as cheesy and cringe-worthy as I'd expected.

    good lord the whole school went to see it in November....omg, not a very pleasant experience

    Erm, thinks, I watched Gormenghast today, that's to say the BBC 4 part series, never heard of Titus Groan etc. before hand, but was a very good watch. Completely mad, but nonetheless enjoyable lol.
