1. lol

I was dragged to "Marley and Me" last weekend by my mom and sister
And yes, I did cry lol

  2. The books are great, but the girl who played Bella could not act at all
  3. The Rundown. Really weak, never seen such weak special effects. During the fighting the 'hero' seemed to fly from left to right and back
  4. Pineapple Express Go rent it or buy it. Now
  5. Just watched The Wrestler. Mickey Rourke was genius casting in that role. Best movie I've seen in a while. The Bruce Springsteen tune is really fitting too.
  6. I finally saw Once. LOVED it. I was really sad when it was over because I wanted to keep watching these two people.

Then I watched Children of Men and was in a funk for days. That movie messed me up, because I can see that it's not too far from a possible future for us. Yikes.

Last night I saw most of American Psycho. Blech. Didn't like the dialogue or the way it was filmed and, of course, had trouble sleeping after. Why do I do that to myself. I know I should turn it off but I don't. Stoopid me.

Sounds good - I'm definitely interested in going to see it.

Brilliant film though, I think - want to read the book too, but the film itself was pretty incredible.

We watched Eurotrip on Sunday night, 16 of us in one room lol (I ended up turning myself into a piece of human origami by sitting under a desk in order to get a decent view of the laptop), love that film - completely ridiculous but a great laugh all the same.
  8. Jaws.

What can I say? Pure brilliance

  9. I read in Empire that there are rumours of a remake of this. For fuck's sake, is it not possible to leave just ONE dyed in the wool classic alone? There's no way to improve it, even if the shark could be made to look better. Spielberg was 27 when he made this and he was able to make it because of his genius for cinema, struggles and setbacks be damned. Some wanky music video director who thinks that a five minute film is sufficient practice is gonna have a pop at it and do nothing with it, except maybe detract from the original (in some people's eyes). Excuse the rant, but Jaws is completely magnificent and any film makers who want to get their hands on a remake should have said hands cut off. Figuratively, of course. Or, maybe...
  10. Terminater, the original
  11. the musketeer

    horrible, horrible movie.
only the cardinal and febre were worth watching.
