1. I know nothing about it, but it looks visually interesting. If I went in as someone who didn't even know the graphic novel existed a year a go, would I find it entertaining?

I think you may. I wasn't familiar with the novel either but I enjoyed Sin City, 3,000 etc. so this looked appealing. But it's the sort of film that many people would find simply too weird and so far removed from reality to like. I only half liked it.
  3. Valkyrie is the last movie I've watched. Enjoyed it.

Yes. The first hour and half is brilliant irrelevant of prior knowledge. I had none.

The last hour did lose me a little bit and is arguably a little overlong.

    But it's well worth seeing.

I heard that they changed the ending from the books, but I'm gonna try to go see it anyways
  6. bodies, rest & motion

what a crap movie, lol. waste of time, really.
  7. Put on Grizzly Man again last night. If you haven't seen it yet, I can't urge you strongly enough to watch it. An extraordinary and tragic film about an extraordinary and tragic man.

Also watched some bollocks called Entropy last week because it has PopMart footage in it. Watch the Mexico DVD instead - Entropy sucks balls.
