  4. The Conversation a.k.a. the movie Coppola made between Godfather I and II. Not quite on that level, but good. Paranoid and a not so happy ending.

  7. Just watcehd Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Good, but I much prefer the earlier versions i.e. the book, the radio series, the tv series...

  9. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Movie was exciting and somber in all the right parts, kept to the book for the most part, and was visually stunning. Great summer adventure film to see even if you don't follow the series.

    That is good to hear. HBP was my favorite book, and I have high expectations.
  11. Last night I watched 'Down in the Valley'. It stars Edward Norton and Evan Rachel Wood (who is a great actress). It was a movie with an OK story and script, but because of Edward Norton it was a very good film. That guy is a great actor. Basically the two stars meet and quickly fall in love much to the objection of Woods father, who turns out to be right as Norton turns out to be a dangerous cowboy wannabe. Check it out if you can, its a pretty decent watch.

    gonna see that one on saturday. can only hope it'll be better than the 5th one.
