Those that have seen it - did you see it in 2 or 3D? From what I gather it's a 4-star film in 2D and a 5-star in 3D.

I saw it in 3D and it still ain't 5 stars IMO. Not by a long shot.

It's visually impressive. Probably unmatched in that regard.

But the script is ordinary and there's no way it should be 3 hours long. The storyline doesn't warrant 3 hours. They could have told it in 2 hours easy.

Film makers these days don't know how to edit. They try to pass an un-edited film as an epic. Every second move is "epic" these days. It's like the Tranformers sequel. Why in the world would anyone make a movie like that so long?
  2. Zack and Miri Make A Porno.

pretty hilarious, like a more adult American Love Actually.

  3. A laughed so hard I cried when one of the characters (can't remember which one) said, "Man, she frosted you like a chocolate cake!", or something to the same effect
  4. Avatar..... nice film, good SFX...

    8/10
  5. Coming Down the Mountain

A novel-based film about a teenager and his brother who has Down syndrome. Got pretty predictable towards the end but I still liked it.
  6. Run Fat Boy Run
  7. The Count of Monte Christo
    - Was fun, good revenge-film

    2012
    - Big pile of crap

hahaha yeah, that bit's great. awful, but great.

Love Actually - the best modern Christmas film, in my opinion.

  9. Agreed, brilliant movie

American Beauty. One of my all-time favorites.
  10. Inglourious Basterds. Epic
