1. Watched the Ricky Gervais comedy "The Invention of Lying" the other night, and have very mixed feelings about it even still. It was a great movie, sort of like the complete opposite of Liar Liar, and had some really redeeming qualities about the nature of mankind to simply lie whenever prompted with a question. The thing I didnt like about the movie was that, not only did the characters always tell the truth, which is what I understood about the plot- they also were over-the-top outgoing about sharing it. They spit things out at inappropriate times, and although they were always the truth, no one would ever open their mouth at a time like that. Just because you can't lie doesn't mean you always have to say what's on your mind.

    So yeah, it was a really funny movie- though the whole premise would get dull and repetitive, but it was so damn silly and yet smart at the same time, I was entertained throughout. Would reccomend it for an evening in. 4/5
