  1. Well then that doesn't quite satisfy the "sitting" part of the thread title

    Just giving you the business- can't say I've ever walked out of a theater for a movie being so bad. What was so terrible about it?


  2. I hate the idea of walking out of a film, but this was just inexcusable filth. When the rape of a newborn baby (God help me) is presented as entertainment, be it for allegorical reasons, or whatever, my tolerance goes. I've read since that it gets no better. I urge you (and everyone else) to stay away from it. Up to you, though, of course.

    The Mist was brilliant, entertaining, frightening...everything a horror movie should be. With a GREAT ending.

    The end of The Mist - Christ, that's how you finish up a horror movie. Seven also had the balls to the same kind of thing.

    Superbad's on - the perfect antidote to stuff like A Serbian Film.

  9. Agreed. I don't generally go for horror movies, just don't really interest me, but I thought The Mist was great. Powerful, emotive. And as you say, what an ending.
