1. Oh dude me too! It was definitely well done, but the ending was slightly less than the storybook ending I was expecting. A great film nonetheless!

And while we're talking about modern remakes of old movies, "The Man On The Train," which I watched a day before "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" is amazing.

  2. quite nice soundtrack i guess eh?
  3. Just watching 'The Soloist'.

EDIT: And guess what's just made an appearance in the background...no? The Million Dollar Hotel.
  4. Watching 'Once' now. With Glen Hansard in. This song is brilliant:

  5. Seven.

    Best ending ever.
  6. How To Train Your Dragon. Again. One of my favorite movies if you ask me.
  7. Snatch & Trainspotting

    Two of my favourites.
  8. Barney's Version.

Good film. Touching & Paul Giamatti was fantastic. Oscar-worthy performance.

  9. has it to do with the fact that it's set in Edinburgh?

kidding .. great great movie indeed!

  10. Partly, yes. Even though a fraction of the movie was shot in Edinburgh. But the storyline is absoutely fantastic. Shows how great a writer Irvine Welsh is.
  11. Both Snatch and Trainspotting are great movies. Love some of the music in both of them, too.

Beginners (Christopher Plummer won an Oscar for his role in this one). Pretty "heavy."
