  1. Because the last half hour is a pretty much unwatchable barrage of images of extreme physical abuse and brutality, all trying to prove some tenuous theory about the transcendence of pain. Horrible beyond belief.

  8. That movie is so underappreciated. I remember ignoring it for the bad reviews, but I watched it a couple months ago when it happened to be on TV and I laughed through the whole thing!

  12. Iron Man 3 - haven't seen such a good movie for a long time, totally worth watching to me.
