    did batman die at the end ,or is he still alive? Alfred see's Bruce having a date but is it all just in his head?

    Nolan loves ambiguous endings. It's supposed to be whatever you want.
    I think it's crap, defeats the purpose of the last act as sacrifice and I hated the movie because of that.

    was still a great movie , i think Bale really did Batman Justice.
  11. Yeah Rises is nothing compared to the 2nd one. Nolan does love ambiguous endings but they do tend to lean to one thing over another. I believe he lives at the end if I recall.

    i recall Bale saying that he indeed live but can't confirm it.
