A much neater alternative - and it can be maintained easier that way. Why not have a look at the U2hub for the soundcheck - it might just be there.

For a site like this one, just the pages and code must take up bags of space.

its just a case now of moving the soundcheck links. Easy enough and more convenient. We may re-introduce the soundcheck section at a later date if there is demand

Well, at least all the links are all refreshed, I downloaded everything that would

  5. You remember the days of pure FTPing before file sharing and torrents?

Check out www.u2hub.com and register over there. The whole concept is pretty much like an FTP server, but way easier to work around. One guy on there has 2.6TB (yep, terabytes!) of U2 alone. Live DVDs, FLAC and lossless, MP3 shows and whatever else you can possibly have. Sometimes I go up there just to see...

And most stuff is encoded at 192Kbps MP3 if you wanna download first, preview and then decide. To the More Audio part that is being talked about, I think I used it three times - only for sound-checks being the 1998 Melbourne and both 2006 Brisbane ones - and I don't see an awful lot of activity over on that section. However, it is fun.

Thanks for the idea, Will have to see what software is needed, as I am supporting 22 torrents @u2torrents right now.

I remember FTP, I still get some of my stuff from there

Wow (at 22 torrents). CzDC is the app most of us use on there.

Do you have a different name over at U2T - I recognised the avatar if it was.
