  6. I downloaded Part I with no problems. I (and my husband) tried to download Part II, but it always says that the archive is broken/damaged.

    And you extract part I? You don't need to touch part II, it can be that part II gives errors but you need to extract part I with WinRAR.
  8. I opened Part I with Stuffit Expander (I have a Mac). I'll try again.

  10. Hi I tried the London ones again on Safari. It is part 2of both that causes a problem and comes up with this message:

    The structure of the archive is damaged (Error #17540)
