1. When I login I get this pop-up message twice and the next time I visit I have to login all over again?

This is weird as I use CCleaner to keep my U2Start cookie and it has always worked in the past no problems.

  2. Hmmm, its an error message that turned up earlier. Might be back after some maintenance on the code. Are you using IE6?

  3. Code: Link without http

    Link without http

Works fine now. Only with Invalid url 'http://www links' though, otherwise use http!

    IE 7 at the moment.

Still happening, but thanks for looking into it

  5. Havent reproduced it yet on my own pc. U2start should work on IE7 so we will continue to look in to it

Could you trying clearing your cache from IE itself?

CCleaner clears everything, but I'll do what you say just in case there's a bug in there.

Just to add, I've visited here a couple of times now and not had to re-login - if you know what I mean.

I'll reboot and see if I can login with no pop-ups.

  7. Yeah CCleaner should work, i use it myself. But you never know! Hope the issue is solved for you now, since i havent been able to reproduce it yet

Just rebooted my laptop and haven't had to re-login and also no pop-ups!

And I don't want to log out just incase

I'll keep you updated if I encounter any further problems - hopefully it was just a bug on my side.

Thanks for your help - appreciated
  9. Good to hear. Let us know if you encounter other issues!

  10. They're back!

    It's happening again.

I don't have this problems when I login to other forums so I'm not too sure if the fault is on my side after all.

I can cope with it as it's not life or death - it's just a nuisance having to login each time and closing those pop-ups.

So no worries, but if you fix it or find the problem then that would be great

  11. That is a script we use Thanks for the link, i can definitely use that to fix the issue.

Maybe we should look for an alternative script, since we had issues with it earlier (although only on IE6 and now IE7)

EDIT: applied the fix as in your link. If you clear your cache now it SHOULD work (but i still didnt get the error myself so i am not sure)

    EDIT #2: typo in fix
