    I'd agree with that. I mentioned him a while back, but a guitarist of a similar ilk would have to be Malcolm Jones of Runrig - they're not that big so it's likely you won't have come across him, but just check this out for sonic architecture or whatever you wanna call it...

    I remember it fine because it's a nifty play on a great song - HOWEVER it's a pain in the arse to write...in a nice way ...
