    yes indeed it's been ages since I logged in and chatted for a while....
    it's sort busy lately at the office and also outside the office....
    and tonight, rather than being out freezing I choosed to stay home...
    how about you??? you didn't go out either???

    Nope, I didn't go out tonight. I might go out tomorrow night though. What about you? Anything interesting going on in your life?

  7. Question for our resident "Who" expert, stj0691:

    I'm looking to get the most bang for my buck. Is the "My Generation: Very Best of the Who" the best bet for someone that knows a few songs, but isn't a superfan? Unfortunately, it's not for sale on iTunes, and I've got a $50 gift card to use.

    I have the Who's Next? album. Its an awsome collection of songs, and its on iTunes. Hope I could be of help

    I'll take a look at that one too. I'm really looking for a greatest hits collection, kind of like U2:18, but for about 10 bucks. Call me a cheap bastard, because I am.

    My Generation is alright, a good intro. Personally I have my own version of Meaty Beaty Big & Bouncy. Only has a few track changes, but certainly captures the true essence of the Who in the 60s.

    As for the 70s, thats where its uncharted territory. Who's Next is the father of synth rock. Quad is a synth artwork.

    I'll make you a comp of their best. A lot of comps out have good tracks, but make bad cuts.

    It is a greatest hits... it has 16 songs, three of which are "previously unreleased" (it said on the back...). Those ones are:

    Pure and Easy, Baby Don't You Do It, Water, and Behind Blue Eyes
