  1. when the game was over last night, and I saw the players and the fans celebrate, it brought tears to my eyes because all of them -- all of you -- were so entirely happy. there couldn't have been a better ending to this championship, imo beautiful

    thank you somehow, we managed to keep the spirit alive from the WC in 2006 that took place here in Germany, and it's been so much fun the past 3 weeks, public viewing and all, watching and celebrating with fans from all over the world.... good times

  6. yeah we were good in 2006 but not this time.... not overall... and I guess when you watched last night's game without being "emotionally involved" it was not the best game... well, I can't tell LOL I was dying a thousands deaths in those 90 minutes

    I would be too, if my country was in the Final...Unfortunately that's gonna take a loooooooong time...

    The last time we reached a final was in 1988, when we won.....We'll lose in the quarter/half-final again.....
    But I hope we'll lose against you; that's less horrible....
