Yeh, I've been reading about that. Sounds cool. Bono does like his Jo Whiley....

It'll give me something to do at work. I saw in the other thread you'll be recording; I'll post on here if there's anything worth listening to as I should be able to hear most of it live.

Been visiting some mates in Wales today; just got back in. I thought I'd pop on for a few minutes to see what's going on. We'll be settling down for a film in a bit I suspect. (Probably Return of the King - it'd b daft not to finish them!)
What about you?

the missus is away out for her annual staff piss up and I opted out (not my kinda people) so I'm sitting in tonight debating whether to listen to the round table show (not looking forward to it) or watch a DVD with a pizza. God I love the odd saturday night at home.

Very little better.
Without wanting to break ranks for tomorrow (although I notice Reclinerman has reported early) it is fair to say that it is an 'unusual' listen. Parts will test your concept of them being the best live rock band in the world, but I would never class it as an actually painful listen.
If you have spare time tomorrow, I would opt for the DVD for tonight.

I shall take your advice on that one. I also listened to the Joshua Tree Paris DVD rip today so I didn't want to jump straight into Popmart night 2. Talk about different ends of the scale. . .
