Normally I can't enjoy it enough. But for the last couple weeks and until Christmas I'm working away from home in a boring practice where I do very little other than vaccinations and nail clips. My speciality is surgery and whilst I like having the time to spend on here the day drags a bit.
Next year will be loads better, I'm buying into a practice and will be living at home in the hills. Then I will love it again.
