The "Restricting Government", eh? 128 DSL for homes only is a bit of a turn off.
I thought Telstra were bad here limiting the line to what they wanted to (theoretically 30Mbps and that costs you upwards of $200 per month) - but the Government? Are they looking after the connections better than the ISPs?
I just said what the low-end is in the US and if he was only occasionally downloading bootlegs. RapidShare still open for you there?
