Last night, when I tried to sleep, there was a huge thunderstorm heading our way. I couldn't fall asleep trough the flickering lights and heavy thunder, so I decided to grab my Zen and CX300 headphones and listen to some good old U2. I decided to listen to some random Vertigo-stuff (Chicago 09-21)...After starting with Beautiful Day (awesome snippet at the end, Many Rivers To Cross) I got goosebumps all over my body. Even the most random concerts show the brilliance of U2. I decided to keep listening as the thunderstorm progressed. After an hour, I almost had tears in my eyes, imagining I was there when they played that awesome Bad with The First Time in it. And With or Without You, and I know these Vertigo performance of WOWY aren't their best, but it just grabbed me...I was so happy I couldn't sleep again when the thunderstorm was over. Because there was another one in my head, called U2...
U2 are for life
I've been listening to more Vertigo shows than ever before because I realized how great they are
