  5. I tried to order myself the iPod Touch from the States $399 (£193),save myself £70 odd,wouldn't let me.Bit dubious about paying £269 though........

    Dan swears by his touch. Very expensive though. Do you not have any US relatives or anything like that. I'm pissed I didn't import a Classic. Would have bi-passed the EU volume limit. .

    I've got someone in work who has a friend coming over from California in February & a friend who is going to Buffalo in January,and the offer of obtaining one for me has been mentioned.Looks like the only route at the moment,but I'm sure I can wait.....

    I do indeed. Fucking amazing thing. Had absolutely no issues with it yet at all. I love it. Still get fascinated by the touchscreen and zooming pics etc.

    Well worth it. Wouldn't you get stung on import duty and postage even if you could order it? I suspect other US-based sites would let you order it.

    My mum went to New York only 2 weeks after I got my Classic. Wished I held off.
