Why is web design so hard? I'm trying to design my web pages and they don't line up!!!

I designed a web site many years ago about the history of The Beatles. The technology that I used is so outdated, I bet.

Technology is hard to maneuver.

Also, I finally put in a location. The Western Air Temple.
