Tis no discipline involved lol, my body sleeps 8 hours straight, doesn't matter when I go to sleep or go to bed!
Thing is, I hate missing the morning but recently it's been happening quite a lot - it just takes half of the day up if you don't get to sleep in good time... 
Likelihood is that I won't be on much this weekend, so I'll probably catch you guys on Sunday night or Monday
