    That's not good. The registry is a massive database where all settings and stuff like that are held. That gets corrupted, your Windows doesn't boot up again and has to reinstalled. Which isn't my favourite thing in the world - a lot less than building an entire system from scratch though.

    Hi to everyone! First visit to U2Start this year...I think I can celebrate my 1st anniversary here soon.
  4. My first General post in 2008...let's hope for a good year!

    Anyways...I'm gonna share an Irania song (a weird one) with you. The singer, I talked about him before, is Mohsen Namju, a weird new guy here, he's been talked about a lot by the press. The video below is of one of his calmer songs, with a poem by great Iranian poet Hafez, of course in Persian! it's one of the most beautiful love poems I've read and definitely very famous here in Iran! (I've found a nice translation of it...you can read it below the video!)
    The girl in the video is a famous and controversial Iranian actress...enjoy!

    Hehe...no, honestly, it looks great. In 2000, they broadcasted Sydney's fireworks here, as it was the first continent going into a new millennium(or one of the first). Happy new year to you too!
