"Nothings Going Right": I got the idea for this after one of my buddies had a shitty cvouple of monthes, (grampa died, girlfriend cheated on him, cellphone got broken.) It doesen't rhym properly and doesen't have a proper ending. Feature falseto chorus lines and a trumpet solo.
"Deconstruction": I was sent out to meet a trombone player at a candy store but me never showed. There was a highway crew tearing up the road with a pavement profiler, (an asphalt eater if you don't know your construction equipment) and some front-end loaders nearby. I wrote it when I got back to (name censored due to privacy) house. Our base player kept going "America, Fuck Yeah" during practice so that figured in with heavy swearing in the lyrics which otherwise describe various kinds of roadwork and demolition. I decide It should be performed metal style so afformentioned bass player makes satanic sounding noises while we perform.

If any of you wonder where any of this is coming from review my post from a couple days ago.
