Yeah, it's sad when that happens to a team. I'm a Trail Blazers fan, and we definitely had our problems with that in the past (cue the "Jail-Blazers" references), and things finally changed for the better when they literally purged the roster and got rid of the bad GM that brought all those headcases in. It takes time, but they won the city back, and they've got a bright future.
I remember the Jail-Blazers. Bonzi Wells, Rasheed Wallace, Damon Stoudamire, Zach Randolph, etc.
