Oh yeah - that is an amazing song. So simple, yet so very awesome. Pretty much all of the stuff on the Joshua Tree and Rattle and Hum is probably the best ever.

Yeah, I've recently rediscovered "Heartland" and "Love Rescue Me." Rattle & Hum was the first U2 album that I ever bought (back in about 1995) and so I kind of overdid it with those two gems....

What a beautiful song Heartland is. I bought R&H in about 2004 - I just had a whole bunch of singles before then.

Yeah, I'd love to see a stripped down version of this on the next tour. Probably a longshot, but I'm pretty sick of Desire at this point....it's a boring song IMO.

Do you collect vinyls? I was thinking of getting into it once I get a job again (so many "once I get a job"s....haha!)

I've been looking around and considering them - but nobody here in Adelaide does them. And the prices to import in from Sydney or Melbourne is literally astronomical.

Alrighty, I'm off to see the movie - catch ya all later.

I only collect 7 inch singles. 12's are way too bulky

I bought a 12 of War a long long time ago....it's packed away in a box somewhere, but I was just noticing all the 12s on ebay....thinking about getting into it.

Hey guys, sorry I left a bit out of the blue last night (apologies to Jeremy especially...)

    How are we all?

I rediscovered R&H too recently, God Part II and Hawkmoon 269 especially (AIWIY is just one of my favourite songs of all time lol so I'd never lose track of that one ). Heartland is one eery song, really switches something on inside me, must be said...the harmonies vocal-wise especially...
