Had 5 consults this morning; nothing serious. Ear infections, heart medications...

Off to do my thyroidectomy now (see a couple of days ago) which I'm looking forward to. Will report back later
  6. Just found out that Ray Gravell the former Llanelli and Wales centre has died at the age of 56. He also did a lot of presenting and interviewing on the rugby touchline and in the studio. There was a documentary on him about a week ago where he talks about his past, and was surprised how such a great man had to cope with the loss of his dad at such a young age after he commited suicide by shooting himself in the head.

Ray Gravell is as welsh as they come, an epitamy of welshness, very passionate about his country and an overall top man who seemed to have time for everyone. Huge Loss, Rip Ray.

A towering legend of the game. Met him a few times. I'm gutted; massive loss.

    RIP indeed.

Yep, been on here a bit the last few days; not had much else to do. Couldn't conceive making this many posts when I first started on here. Can't conceive not being on here now I am..

You've been top poster for a while now and you're pushing 5000!!; mind, Sergio's back in action........
  10. BTW, (sorry for the double post)

Thyroidectomy all done and dusted. Went very well. Cat is 8 years old and without the surgey would have had the rest of its life on tablets. Now, with the surgery.... tablets stop today.
    Gotta be good
