I had to have my brother drive me to my first prom. Not as "uncool" as you think it is. The most important thing is that you and your date have a fun time at the dance, not if you got a limo or not.![]()

I have a younger sibling who also can't drive. I forgot to mention that I'm taking her as a friend, so we can both hang out at prom. Thing is, I have yet to ask her. I'll explain why too. There's a kid I know, he's a good kid. He thinks I'm his friend or whatnot, but this is besides the point. While I'm talking to her, trying to move the conversation towards prom and he sas this: "you spitting game?". I'm not sure if she heard what he said, considering he said it when she was 1 foot away. Tried talking to her after school, but it only led to awkward silence. Tomorrow I could tell her about the friends part, then she might understand.
