Wishing that I was enjoying a gin & tonic! No, just sitting here, half watching Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith on TV. Lazy Sunday night
  2. Never could get into the "first three" SW movies. I'm a traditionalist I guess. Don't get me wrong - I was in line on opening day for Episode One. Just didn't think it was anything to write home about.

Now the new Indiana Jones *drool drool * can NOT wait!!!!!

Haha.....I'll let you enjoy the G&Ts....I'm thinking about pouring a white russian.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of these "new" Star Wars movies, but of the three, Revenge of the Sith is the most watchable. The first one was atrocious. I'm gonna be in line on opening day of Indiana Jones, but I'm a little scared it's gonna be like that first start wars. A little too dependent on CG effects. We'll see. I hope not!
  5. kahlua... mmmm...

yeah, I'm totally worried that I'll be disappointed. I used to think Harrison Ford was such a babe. Now he's just kinda old. I hope he's not totally pathetic. My fave was the 3rd with Sean Connery.

Is your song of the moment REALLY "Lemon"? That's one of the very few songs I'll skip from one of my favorite albums.

I used to always skip Lemon too. But then I started listening to a lot more of the Zooropa leg from the ZooTV tour and loved how it transitioned into With or Without You, and then I found myself singing along to the album version when I'd hear it on iTunes shuffle.

"Midnight is when the day begins"
  7. Speaking of classic (and soon to be classic) trilogies, the Bourne Supremacy just started on TV!! Love it!

Nice! Personally, I prefer the first one of that trilogy, but they're all good fun.
  9. So how was your weekend? Mine went by all too fast. I did spend some quality time with my boy (4 years old) though, which is cool.

My weekend actually was really slow and mellow. Hung out with some friends last night, barbecued and played "Rock Band" on their Playstation. Pretty fun, I guess, although I was a little embarrassed when it was my turn to sing. Glad you got to spend some quality time with your son. What did you do together?
  11. shopped (haha). I bought him a pair of Airwalk shoes! and we played soccer, and drew with chalk in the driveway. Then he helped me wash my car. Stuff like that. Makes me think I'm in a Norman Rockwell painting but I live for it!! Usually he's all about Daddy so it's nice when I'm 'let in'.

I tried Rock Band once and it was sheer embarassment. I don't like doing things I'm not good at in front of other people.

Sounds like a cool kid, you've got there! And yes, it was a little embarrassing to play Rock Band and not being particularly good at it. I've played a bit of Guitar Hero 3, so I could get the guitar part, no problem. But the singing was a bit more intimidating.
