Probably not - that said, I think the most realistic versions of warfare that I've seen on film are stuff like Gladiator, We Were Soldiers and Saving Private Ryan etc. - there's no glorious hero vs. hero shit, the opening sequence to Gladiator especially - you see big bastardly barbarians running around and getting clobbered by multitudes of Romans who weren't gonna piss about.

I think the ZooTV versions, e.g. Dublin 1993 (Bad/First Time), Milan (Bad/So Cruel) and Stockholm (Bad/AIWIY) were the pinnacle, but that Chicago version kicks severe buttock!
