People on here absoloutely love Zooropa but I really can't see the same song quality, passion and skill as The Joshua Tree ...

There's just way more space on the Zooropa album. The Joshua Tree paints a picture of Western America, sprinkled with lyrics about problems, triumphs, and praise, while Zooropa is a trip into the underground of Germany, complete with synthesizers, massive amounts of production, and lyrics that belong in the dead of night.
