    ya ya
the've been getting more and more intense
also, nothing can beat lost, but flashforward will give me something when lost is finished after this season
  2. Lots to discuss re: last night's Mad Men

Best ep ever? Betty standing behind Don's desk reminded me of Cooper delivering the contract a few weeks ago. When that scene aired it was the only time I can recall DD getting put into his place with no way out. Until last night. Same set up, and the look on his face spoke volumes. The man always in control had none, and he did not even put up a fight. He whispered and looked stunned.

Then they moved to the kitchen where Betty declared it her house while the sewing machine occupied the table. He stood very near where he stood in the first scene of the season imagining his birth- nice touch.

And of course the halloween costumes, the hobo and gypsy. "What are you supposed to be?"

The Roger story was nice too. Two ex-lovers both wanting something from him. Who wouldn't choose Joan?

Hey, what about the amazingness that was Joan hitting her creepy husband over the head with a vase? That woman is a badass
And this really was a great episode, I like learning things about Roger, he's an interesting guy. Plus, the halloween thing was great, my mom only caught the last 5 minutes, so she didn't understand the importance of it. Oh well, still a good one

I kind of thought the creepy doc was going to hit Joan, so that was a nice surprise.

  5. Wouldn't have put it past him, he's a creepy rapist Joan rocks, plain and simple

  6. She needs to get back to Sterling Cooper at once.

  7. Yes, she does indeed. Sal
And I kind of feel bad for Lane, he finally adjusted to America, and BAM! They're selling it! Poor little British man

  8. That's great video. I like Lane too. He certainly means well. Not happy to see Duck in next week's promo.

  9. Agh I know, I saw him and was like "NOOO! This means we have creepy Peggy/Duck moments!"
  10. caught 2 episodes from series 2 of Lie To Me. Not bad at all. Each episode does seem to have a set structure though and it would be nice to have a stories over the whole series rather than individual episodes with different scripts each week.. May pick up series 1 box set if I see it going cheap somewhere.
  11. Next Wednesday series 8 of Spooks will begin. Can't wait.
  12. Alright.Mad Men. Who saw it and got sad?
