1. Scary. Almost impossible to get drunk in Dublin. 7 euro for a Guinness when the shit is brewed around the corner. Literally!!

7 euros! That's a pisstake. I converted that in google and it told me it was five pounds. FIVE POUNDS!? May as well stay out the pub, get it cheaper in bulk at the shops.

That's an excellent exchange rate you found there. How people manage a regular night out down there is beyond me.

  4. I know. I wouldn't be surprised if went out with 100 euros and woke up in the morning with nothing. Ridiculous prices.
  5. People don't drink out in Dublin nowadays, have pre drinks before you go out with drinks from an off lisence and then get a taxi later on into a club or something, saves much more money. But the whole thing isn't much to do about Top Gear lads lol
  6. This is awesome!

7 euro's for a pint?? Jeez, my Irish colleague told me Dublin had become cheaper in the last years, guess not then. Also checked some prices in some old favorite restaurants, also very expensive, seems they don't want people go out anymore?

    And oh yes, nice cars
  8. My comment dates back 2 years. Things aren't as bad now thankfully.

TopGear is still terrible with its scripts. Hope the upcoming series goes back to its old ways with cars being the main talking point. If there is one more 'each given 1 thousand pounds to buy a car that can rectify world poverty' challenge then im done for good.
