1. Yeah is used to as well, but the new WLM forced the title - artist format But with the cheat above it is still possible.

Only the MSN Music link is not returning any hits but i can live with that lol

I have MSN Music links disabled in MSN (hooray for apatch.org), so I don't care about that either. And yes, I noticed about the force, thanks for the fix then, seems like I need to change that too

Strange thing: you can still change the format but it will be only changed on YOUR side, your contacts will still see the TITLE - ARTIST thing

Not very consistent, luckily we can cheat lol

Apatch works wonders. Stupid ads in Messenger slowing everything down.

And thanks for the WLM album art plugin too - yet another reason to grab artwork.
  5. GreaseMonkey allows you to add functionality to sites on the net. You can inject HTML, javascript, css, anything.

There are scripts for thousands of sites like GMail. For handy scripts see http://userscripts.org/scripts . And for a random Top 10 scripts see http://www.lifehack.org/articles/productivity/top-10-greasemonkey-scripts-to-improve-your-productivity.html .

Me playing with GreaseMonkey for firefox

    Risto's Sidebar

I am just discovering the possibilities and will keep you updated if i find more interesting scripts
  6. I love GreaseMonkey - it's one of the best extensions for Firefox.

Have you ever tried messing around with userChrome and userScript for Firefox? You can pretty much build a new Firefox out of it.

I haven't written anything using that yet, but I use Stylish to style the bookmarkbar in Firefox. Just a downloaded script though

I'll have a look at Stylish. It sounds familiar...

  9. Basicly it is GreaseMonkey CSS edition But you can style the main interface as well

  10. I'm glad stuff like GreaseMonkey, Stylish and CSS exists. Because most websites look terrible how they're set up.

I don't use it, but MySpace is a great example.

I agree, although I dont have any really interesting scripts yet. I like coding them myself more anyway

That's half the fun of it. At least you know you made it yourself, had a go and if anything goes wrong...well, you know who to ask.

Hey, on an totally unrelated question, but it's here - Do we have the No Line On The Horizon video in Dublin? It looks like in the same studios where Magnificent on Linear was filmed. If not, can I upload it (in MP4 format)? It's come from a HD source, supposedly...and is a bloody good performance - the first I've heard of it!
