Hey, on an totally unrelated question, but it's here - Do we have the No Line On The Horizon video live from Dublin? It looks like in the same studios where Magnificent on Linear was filmed. If not, can I upload it (in MP4 format)? It's come from a HD source, supposedly...

From the Culture Show? Not allowed due to BBC-copyrights...

  2. I dunno, it just says Dublin...search at YouTube: yI5BeMRB_ag

The BBC haven't filed a complaint with it...yet...so it mightn't be that. You'll have to tell me...

It's got Bono at the beginning saying "Let's go fellas." So if you see that, that's the one.

And thanks for the WLM album art plugin too - yet another reason to grab artwork.

Crazy stuff indeed..by coincidence, I just chatted about it with a girlfriend on MSN. It's getting more and more 'intimate'.

  7. I fucked up on that. I meant the WLM plugin, and the Chronflow artwork plugin; two separate ones.

  8. Ok thought you had a plugin i was looking for lol

  10. so I've decided I'm going for the iPhone, and I have TMobile...with the help of YouTube and a few other sites I should be good. My TMobile Dash is good...but I just think the iPhone's better. Any thoughts? Should I wait for SDK?

I'm gonna state the obvious and ask what's better than what you've got now...what makes it more worthwhile?

I guess if you wanna start making some money and get your name out there, go for the SDK. That'd be my only reasons for it. Not really into the SDK for development sake. After BASIC, I gave up on programming. I still do scripting every now and then and writing small apps, but not as often as I used to.

And you've gotta still stick to Apple's guidelines, which are pretty tight. They're still comparatively closed compared to Google or Palm. Which is kind of annoying, because I've seen some devs with some great, great apps who weren't allowed to release it in the App Store. Chances are what you want to do, seriously, will be restricted in one way or another by The Man.

Wait it out for 3.0 and if you like the SDK and supposedly the new phone they're bringing out, then by all means go for it.
  12. .. and persisting rumours of an iPhone Nano.....
