works again. Thought he was dead! two years ago it felt on the ground while I was cycling.
How come? Did you do anything to it to get it to work again?

Mine died and the USB insert part corroded and bent out of shape, plus the screen warped and the hard drive connector snapped. Apart from that it works great!
Got a classic 80GB but good luck finding it.

It can go very loud, but only hard 'boom' sounds, very ugly. Because I only want to replace it with something a lot better I am looking at the Logitech Z-5500.

It has pretty good reviews etc, but I hope someone here on U2Start can help me decide. I know its better to start with a decent amplifier/receiver and some highend speakers. But that will cost at least double.
Is it easy to screw the speakers to the ceiling? My current set is all over the place and my rear speakers are more my side speakers. I would like to screw them to the ceiling/wall because i probably cant use the speakerstands i have now. And buying a new pair is just too much to ask of my wallet![]()
I can get the set for 250 euro's here in holland. That is around 370 USD.

What did you do?

Cant wait to hear what you think of them when you bought them!
