LOL! He'll cause a small riot if he announces a 3G iPhone this soon after the first one.

My money's on a Macbook Pro lite. It'll be for the executive market.

new MacBooks are overdue. They are still being sold in old apple white and the spec sheet on them is looking a little old.

Yep. I suspect the whole range will get a face/spec-lift and there'll be an additional one like the iTouch when the iPods were updated.

But if they go for the new Apple silver, how will they differentiate the Macbook from the Macbook Pro??

The glossy white and black seems just a tad dated though. Give me 2GB os RAM and a 200GB hard-drive and i'll take one no problem. Nothing amazing but it'l certainly fulfill my needs.

    Agreed

Add a standard Super-drive to that and I'll be updating.

They have Bluetooth already so I suspect that will stay.

As for the price drop - each time a model is fundamentally the same but they upgrade the hardware they have dropped the price (iMac leaps to mind as the newest 20 inch is the same price as the old fuller-spec 17 inch). So maybe not. Here's hoping....
