1. Happy owner of:

Dont know much about photography, but i intend to learn
  2. next up for me. Was gonna get a Legend but this Desire had an extra half inch on the screen plus a SnapDragron processor for only £30 more.

  3. Nice Lots of HTC ads on tv lately here. They make beautiful phones.

  4. The Legend looks better I reckon with its aluminium body but may aswell go for the flagship. I'll buy it next month.
  5. Gadgets are addicting, cant get enough of them
  6. Not a fan of laptops / netbooks. Too expensive for the perfomance you get.

Have a laptop though for studying at the university. Glad i have a desktop again.

Netbooks are cheap and I only really want it for browsing so performance isn't an issue really. Just handier than sitting at a desktop. Can take it to the girlfriends house etc
  8. I understand

  9. I obviously don't. Now thinking a bluetooth keyboard with the Desire would be just as good (and fast) as a netbook. The wonder. . . .
  10. Dont think a keyboard will improve your browsing experience a lot. Especially if you get used to the (onscreen) keyboard.

It's not so much the words per minute rate that makes a bluetooth keyboard handy, it's the fact that the onscreen keyboard itself takes up over 2/3 of the screen. I prefer the N900 and N97 mini type form factor that allows you keep the full screen is use for the web page whilst you type with the keyboard.

As of yet there aren't any Android handsets with this form factor. There's the one I own (that Motorola have condemned by not updating it) and the Motorola Milestone which has a crap keyboard.
