  1. So it works with a lot of the old mods still then? If it does then I might grab it.
  2. Lots of addons have updates. Not all though.

    * Firebug works (some known issues though)
    * Downthemall works (known issues though)
    * FlashGot works
    * AddBlock works
    * Ghostery works
    * NoScript works
    * Downbar works

    from the top of my head.
  3. Problem with girlfriends laptop. Just booted it up this morning and straight away it loaded everything on 4 identical tiles, one in each corner. It does this straight from the boot menu. All the graphic properties look good and the computer itself is 100% functional. System restore made no difference. Looks like hardware. Any opinions?

  6. So its like that from the second you turn on the pc? If that is the case it seems like a hardware / firmware issue. If there is good picture before the windows boot up process it is software.

  8. Still weird for a hardware problem, but its the most logical explanation. Try to reflash your bios, you can download a (newer) bios version from the official site.
  9. Loving the new IE9 beta. Its amazingly fast. Nears Chrome now.

  11. True, but it works great. Try dragging a tab out of its place. You can drag it to the edge of the screen, put it on the taskbar, drop it on another window. Much faster than other browsers.

    Thumbs up so far. Now I only need to figure out why the u2start icon doesnt load :S (Have that issue under firefox sometimes as well)

    Well I'm a IE user fullstop and have to say it is a lot slicker than IE8, faster, more refined. I did use Firefox and have used Chrome but settled with IE8 because it did what I wanted it to do and to be frank wasn't noticeably slower than the others for me. So IE9 is a very welcome update to the series. Can't wait to grab the full release.

    I do like that drag out of tab feature, but need to find a way of getting it to open links in a new tab as opposed to a new window *heads to settings*.
