    And then go into the iPod page in iTunes, hold Ctrl and press Restore, find the .ipsw file you downloaded and it should work. These come direct from Apple's servers by the way so they're not modified or anything before you download.

    What's good about 4.1 and can it be jailbroken?

  5. PR 1.3 for my phone, got a bit quicker again! In other N900 news, someone is porting Dalvik to Maemo. So might be able to run Android aps in a while! Palm Pre games are already working, got NFSU running quite smoothly.

    Nokia's support is failing, but this thing had huge potential

    What's the best Android handset that's cheap and hackable?

    Swapped back to a QWERTY key-setup yesterday; the change is so much better. No more looking like a knob pressing on a screen.

    Less powerfull though, slower performance, smaller screen etc. Besides, the Desire HD will most likely get the Gingerbread-update too.
