1. Very very nice. The moon isn't easy to capture on a phone.
  2. Looks good Sergio. An N8 may be on my shopping list after seeing that and hearing how good it is.

  3. That was the "hardest" pic I have taken with it, but the camera behaves sooooooo greatly in normal conditions... Better than my digicam (Coolpix L16), really. Seriously, I 100% recommend it, if you are not the if-it's-not-apple-or-android-i-don't-want-it kind you'll love it. And you get a great phone PLUS a great camera for half the price.

Here's another one. I managed to keep the phone steady enough to be able to avoid the flash (which would have been reflected on the store's glass and ruined the pic), although I have pretty unsteady hands. The pic wasn't easy either, a poorly lit shop window at night... No proccessing has been done except resizing to 75%:

  4. Hey guys, need some advice.
It's been a while since the last time I upgraded my desktop pc, so I'm not much aware of what's on the market..
If I go through with this and do the upgrade, I want a good system that can serve me for a few years. So...the main question for me is what's a good CPU these days? What other suggestions do you have?
  5. Depends what you want to do with it. Good base specs, any half-decent CPU, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive, Blu-ray reader and DVD burner combo...
  6. Wondering what the CES in Barcelona will bring. HTC and Samsung will introduce new smartphones, most likely the HTC Desire 2 and a new Samsung Galaxy S with dualcore processor. 2011 is the year of tablets and dualcore smartphones.
  7. I predict lots and lots of similar looking Android devices.

Wonder what Nokia will announce. Rumors about Nokia going for Android or Nokia co-operating with Microsoft for WP7-phones.

Don't think Nokia will be there. They have their own gig at a different venue. Nokia/Android will not happen. Slip chance of a WP7 device to try and get a short term gain in the US though. I suspect though that Nokia may just use bing as the default search provider on their handsets. Find out on the 11th.

Yes they're not on CES but they have a press conference somewhere else at the same time. But we'll find out indeed. Don't see them doing Android either. The market is already flooded with it.
  11. True. I am off Android completely. Too many OEMs have became too reliant on it and I am certain that bubble will bust. Too many handsets means a price war and the low end Android market is already huge. HTC, Motorola and Sony Ericsson will suffer in a few years.
