1. Buy Rattle & Hum on Blu-ray!

  2. Yup, it is.

Also, get loftarasa's multicams that are on U2torrents. Frankfurt & Athens are both blu-ray and free-leech. So get them, burn them onto a Blu-ray 50GB disc and try them out!

edit: blimey, forgot I have no blu-ray burner, which makes it pretty useless then. but one day maybe

I'm downloading the Athens Blu-ray one atm. Lucky these blu-ray ones are free-leech, or I'd probably banned off U2torrents for such a low ratio.
  5. Well in Kirsten. I've no idea if you like the movie bit I Robot is the best looking blu ray ever. It's worth buyin even if it's only used for demo purposes. Anything from Pixar also and definitely skip the Rose Bowl.
  6. More than a little pissed that the Samsung Galaxy S ll is so massive. It's contract renewal time and it's the only handset that tempted me. Might still get it and sell it on (500 quid on ebay) but what do I get then if I want a high end Android? Desire S is nice in the hand but I sepise HTC's cameras and speakers as well as Sense. What to do....
  7. Why would you want a high end Android (specially if you can have 500 pounds instead)??? They're so overrated in my humble and Nokia-biased opinion.

The N8 will remain with me. It's clearly being left behind in software which is why I want an android aswell. There's just too many useful apps coming out that are android and ios only and it's getting a bit annoying. Android has matured a little more since I used it (on a budget device) and i'm about ready to dip my toes in the water again. May aswell use a free upgrade to do so.
  9. "a couple of useful apps" is not a reason to add an expensive gizmo to the collection, I think... oh well it's up to you, I never liked Android that much. If I went for anything new besides the N8, I'd go for something iOs methinks

I'm not sure if mobile networks operate in the same way in Spain but I will get the new handset for free if I renew my service plan with them so i'll not really be out of pocket. I lasted around 3 weeks with an iphone before I sold it. Android next then perhaps i'll try one of Nokias Wundows handsets.

A meego N900 replacement is also rumoured.

They only give you hansets for free if you switch companies (from Orange to Vodafone, per example), or if you have accumulated lots and lots of points (you get points from each call, the more you call the more points you get) in your company... Anyway, people here doesn't switch companies very often because of the continuance clauses (does that make sense? I mean the time you're "obligued" to stay with a company - if you leave before you have to pay X €), which are usually of 18 months...

I don't like iPhones that much either but I reckon they're powerful tools. I have grown with a Nokia in my pocket all the time, I never have had other phones (a Motorola and a Samsung, both for just a few weeks), so I'm a Nokia fan... but if I had to change, I would choose iPhone. Just the customer service is worth it
