    Have fun in Garageband!
  2. Cut the sim myself. Nerve wrecking stuff and had to take it right down to the chip on all four sides. It's not going to go back into the N8 so that will likely be sold.
  3. There was a Lumia-testing stand today near my uni, it was so crowded so I didn't get to actually try the phones. Hoping it will be less crowded tomorrow, I want to try it so badly.

  4. Audio interface, right?

There's still a lot to do in Garageband. There are loads of sounds (Apple Loops) that you can play with. Drew is crazy about it. And if you have a dynamic microphone or something, you should be able to plug it in via the microphone input. It should also be possible to plug in a guitar there.
  5. Ahhhh Garageband. Once you start using it you'll be surprised how many ideas you have - and then seeing how to do them. One of the best programs I've ever used. You can still run it through the TV speakers, at least I did when I blew up my last speakers.
  6. I'd love a windows version of Garageband, I've used it extensevely on a friend's iMac and I adore it.
  7. I've been browsing the shops today, played with loads of technology. Some brilliant stuff out there, could spend a fortune.

Still impressed, Apps do seem limited in raw numbers (due to improve I suppose) and the camera is a major step down from the N8 (expected) but for day to day usage I am still really liking it. Even Zune desktop isn't bad.

Annoyingly though a mystery scratch has appeared on the screen that. A scratch that the glass really should have kept out as I am more than careful with my phone. The N8 is a year old and the screen is pristine. I'm not sure if I just got really unlucky or the glass just isn't as tough.
