Well n900 has no whatsapp That is actually one of the sole reasons I want a new phone.

  2. I'll just tap my Whatsapp icon now I think. Ahhh.
  3. Actually i do have whatsapp on my Android installation on the n900, but that is still lacking voice call functionality. Dualbooting sucks on a pc, let alone on a phone
  4. Whatsapp is cool. It allows everybody to go on a cheaper price plan. Windows Phone has potential but i'd say it's only 7/10 there. Nothing beats good old Symbian for raw functions but sadly it got left behind.
  5. Symbian is pretty much dead unfortunately. Just as dead as Meego/Maemo

Had a play with Belle yesterday on a Nokia 700. Felt miles better than comparison Droids. The Symbian story is a darn shame. I'll always own one as a spare device though.
  7. Symbian is much lighter. But well, think there is no chance Symbian will survive.
  8. Lately when im on youtube the video will just randomly stop loading and pause, but it never starts loading again. i have to click a few seconds ahead to get the vid to start playing again. anyone know why this might be happening?
  9. Dear Youtube. Maybe your old design wasn't that pretty, but what it did was work.

I'm not having any functional problems but I don't like that the whole site is now just various shades of grey... Actually I'm lying. HTML5 video's really don't work anymore.
  11. Don't really use YouTube but I'm loving the new layout. Same goes for Twitter, excpet I use that
  12. new day, new question. I hope someone here can help me as on countless times before

I plan to take my laptop to Ireland. Never did that before, but I want to now.

on the places I stay, I'll have this free WiFi thingy. So I understand that I can go online with my own laptop, right? what do I need for that? I think I understand I need a webstick as a replacement of a modem-sort-of-thing to go online?

what do I need when going for the webstick?

my laptop has windows xp and no wlan router/card at all. It has a modem inside but I guess this is not relevant here.

Help? I'm more clueless than ever
