701 arrived. Just updated to Belle FP1 and Christ at how far Symbian has came along. Loving it.

Is 701 any good? That was one of the last Nokias I got offered for free before our phone companies stopped giving phones for free. Well, Orange still does. They offer the Lumia 701 for 29€ and the 800 for 59€ (with the same standard contract). Is the 800 really worth the price difference?

The 701 is better than the N8 in every respect apart from the camera.

If it was just the laptop then yes you need one because Macs are great. Best computer I've ever owned.

But I dunno, there was no smell when I opened the boxes, unless my nose was blocked. It looks like a stainless-steel something else.

Well there is a smell...I sensed it when I opened my iPad's box, but it's nothing special or exclusive to apple products...

Yeah, all we will tell is biased

iPhone is the safe choice, but expensive. Android has quite some good phones, but some 'misses' as well. BlackBerry seems to lose popularity by the day. Currently I own a Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 800), which is not that popular either.

Personally I would advise a Windows Phone, but thats my taste. If you do so, be aware that a few apps are not available yet on this platform.

Look for a phone that makes phone calls at the least.
