Working now It was as simple as it's suppoed to be with Apple. Simpy turn on Homesharing in iTunes and put your Apple ID into the settings on your iPad and then you're done. In the Music app, you'll find it in 'More > Shared > X's Library'

I think maybe the reason it didn't work last night was because I was syncing over WiFi, perhaps that causes a conflict...

In the fall. One is coming out with Windows 8, the other (the pro version) a bit later.

It really is...MS has done it with this one, if it turns out as good as it sounds, it's a winner.

It would surprise me if it is that good. Everyone else on the tablet market is just catching up to iPad. Would be good if the iPad got some competition though.

Google is presenting their Nexus Tablet next week. Like Olof said, more competition will make the market more innovative.

The pro tablet will support any app you run on your pc though. Probably by sacraficing battery life.

Even now there are Windows 7 - tablets, but Win7 doesnt really work intuitive on tabltes.

Windows 8 is already available on mobile phone, right? Seems like a good way to test its performance on tablets.

Sounds like it's a laptop then. I think it may be the wrong way to go... A reason why for example the iPad has gotten so popular is because it's easy to use... something different from their usual computer experience.
