Does the SD-card class really matter? I mean, everyone raves about their class 6 or class 10 cards, but I've never worried about it and I've been fine for years. Does anyone care to explain to me why should I spend the double on a class 10 instead of my old, resilient class-X (it doesn't even specificate) that's worked fine for years?
And I don't want to spend 20€ in a card and then 10€ in getting it shipped here
Anyway, class 6 should be fine, I'm not going to film full-HD but 720p most of the times.
But sometimes you might notice that you cant take a pic quickly because the last file is still being written to the card.

Appreciated! It seems that in fact it is important after all
So glad I asked. I won't be using anything below class 6, and I will keep my eyes peeled just in case a cheapo class 10 comes out in Spain.
