  1. My class 4 card buffers out after about 10 burst shots on my SLR. I don't use it for video.

    Bought an iPad camera connector too. Excellent when out and about for getting a better look at shots. Still lust for a Pureview. Considering flogging the SLR.

  2. Keep in mind that your SLR has an internal buffer as well. Without that buffer it would be sooner
  3. Thanks a lot for all this insight guys Appreciated! It seems that in fact it is important after all So glad I asked. I won't be using anything below class 6, and I will keep my eyes peeled just in case a cheapo class 10 comes out in Spain.

    Any preference in brands? Verbatim and Kingston seem to have the biggest part of the market cake, but do they deserve it?
  4. Well faster is better, the one i bought was good bargain (from 35 to 20). If you really want to make an informed choice you will have to check the benchmarks. But you cant really go wrong with a decent (verbatim, sandisk, kingston, etc).
  5. I use SanDisk.
  6. My Samsung card that I have in my phone works well. I'd think Sandisk is the biggest player though? I'm pretty sure the one I have in my camera is a Sandisk card. It has worked very well for one and a half year.

  8. Yeah mine is also Sandisk Extreme 32 GB (latest revision, really was a bargain )
  9. I forgot SanDisk, yep. Probably bigger than Verbatim, but surely not more than Kingston (at least here in Spain). I'll keep an eye on any interesting deal, I hope to score something good and cheap soon.

  10. Mine is a Sandisk Extreme 8 GB.

    May look for a new one for the Springsteen concert that I have seats for. I could try the 16 GB card that came with my phone too... if I can find it and the microSD-->SD adapter.
  11. I have 3 spare adapters Olof, I could send them your way. Although it's probably more expensive than buying one yourself
